Spare Ribs

Here they are, just like I make in competition! These ribs are quite simply one of the most perfect morsels to grace a dinner plate. The ribs are generously dusted with our special rib rub and slow smoked over a hickory fire. The ribs are then finished with a glaze of our honey-sweet barbecue sauce to achive sticky finger-licking perfection. Available as a full or half-rack. One rack serves 2-3 people.

Baby Back Ribs

For those who like eating high on the hog, we offer our some of the best baby back ribs out there. Smaller and slighty more tender than spare ribs, baby backs are popular for good reason. Available as full-rack only. Serves 1-2 people.

Barbecued Chicken

Never underestimate the power of the barbecued bird! Our chicken is lightly seasoned with our dry rub and bathed in smoke, then given a hot finish on the grill to crisp the glazed exterior. Flavorful and tender, this chicken defines great barbecue. Available in ten and twenty-piece orders.

Pulled Pork

Slow smoked for twelve hours, melt-in-your-mouth tender and wonderfully spiced with my signature dry rub, my award-winning pulled pork is prepared Carolina-style, perfect for sandwiches. Put it on a bun with some coleslaw and a generous splash of my tart-and-tangy Carolina sauce and you’ve got heaven in your hands. Sold by the pound (serves 3-4).
